I'm Kara St. Cyr — career and leadership coach, founder of The Rising Reset, and a fierce advocate for the high-achievers who've done what they were "supposed to" and are now ready for what's actually theirs.
My story, briefly
I built a successful career on every metric the world hands you — and still found myself asking, "Is this it?" The truth is, success doesn't solve the internal transition. It just makes it louder.
So I rebuilt. Slowly, honestly, on values that were actually mine. And then I made it my work to walk other professionals through that same threshold — because you don't need another achievement. You need alignment.
Today I coach leaders, executives, and purpose-driven professionals who are done performing and ready to lead from their whole self. My approach blends mindset, strategy, and embodied wellness — because you can't separate the human from the career.
